How do I return an item?

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Some more expensive products feature my personal and exclusive 30-Day Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. The reason that I do this is because I want my customers to feel comfortable buying expensive juicers, blenders, water ionizers and dehydrators - I want you to learn to love these appiances and the health benefits you will experience. So I take this huge risk - for your health - because if you do return something it will cost me money! So the least you can do is to take that time to actually get to know and appreciate your new appliance. The only thing I ask is that you give it a fair trial! If you do that there won't be a restocking fee (though shipping is non-refundable). If you return the unit without giving it a fair trial (several weeks) you will incur a restocking fee.

Please call or email us before returning an item for the correct return address and if necessary an RMA number. Remember, it can take some time to learn to properly use and enjoy any new major appliance. You have a whole month to try your item, so please take all the time you need to learn about it and fully appreciate it before deciding to return it.

Satisfaction guarantees do not cover defective merchandise, which is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you are unsure about whether or not there is a defect or need help contacting the manufacturer let me know, otherwise please contact the manufacturer directly if you have a defective unit to arrange a repair or replacement. Guarantees do not cover loss or damage during shipping and do not apply to international buyers.

Pre-Approval Return Policy:
Please call or e-mail us for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after sixty (60) days.

Return Policy for Appliances (Juicers, Distillers, Dehydrators, Etc.):
There is a 10% restocking fee for items in new condition with the original warranty and packaging. Items in new condition but without the warranty or packaging incur a 15% restocking fee. Except for unconditional guarantees, there is no refund if the item has been used, worn, washed, or had any alterations unless otherwise indicated in an unconditional guarantee. There are no refunds for damaged or broken items (we will attempt repairs and deduct the cost from refunds whenever possible). Original shipping costs including the value of free shipping and refused shipments are non-refundable.

Return Policy for Other Products (Supplements, raw food items, etc.):
Unopened and unused NON-PERISHABLE items may be returned within thirty days for any reason whatsoever. Simply enclose a brief note explaining how you would like your credit to be issued, to your charge card, store credit, or exchange. Be sure to get a Return Authorization since our return address is different depending on what you are returning and when. If a return is sent to the generic return address on our shipping labels without an authorization there is a 20% restocking fee to cover additional handling costs. General Returns Info:
Returns credited to a credit card or PayPal after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Store credits will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If you select an exchange, please let us know which product you have chosen. Any difference will be given either as a store credit or charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

Opened food products are not returnable.
If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please contact customer service.

General:
No substitutions will be accepted (looks the same but isn't what we sent). Shipping is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.

Please bear in mind that, as a small business, refunds must be processed within the available PayPal cash flow. As soon as possible, usually within a few days, refunds will be credited to the buyer's PayPal account less shipping costs, so please be patient.

If you choose to return an item for an Exchange, there are no returns or exchanges on the second item, though it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Free Shipping only applies within the 48 contiguous United States. Requires a street address. For a P.O. Box use Parcel Post.
For AK/HI/PR or an APO use Priority Mail. For all international sales use Express Mail international.
