For our Cashew Butter, our organic cashews are soaked in filtered water with premium pink Himalayan salt and gently baked—since cashews cannot germinate—creating a light, velvety butter that’s as nutrient-dense as it is delicious.

However, the benefits of bio-activation go beyond anti-nutrients. It also removes carcinogenic mould toxins commonly found in nuts and seeds.
